Deniz Ulas Ozturk

Deniz Ulas Ozturk is a fifth-year medical student in Dokuz Eylul University, Faculty of Medicine. He is now working as STAR Scholar in Senturk Lab for project titled as “Osimertinib Resistance in the Treatment of Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer: The Role of FOSL1 and JUN Transcription Factors and Their Synthetic Lethal Interactions”.
He wants to be an oncologist one day and pursues his studies on this way. He loves to watch and critique movies, long-distance walks (at least 15 kilometers) and laying down while thinking absolutely nothing. He recently cut his 5-year long hairs and now tries to grow his beard this time.
