Ali Can Kurtul

Ali Can Kurtul is a 5th-year medical student at Dokuz Eylul University and a TUBITAK STAR fellow conducting research on bladder cancer in the Senturk Lab at the Izmir Biomedicine and Genome Center (IBG). Previously, he worked in the Erdal Lab at IBG on a TUBITAK 2209-A project focused on fatty liver disease, where he developed fundamental biomedical research skills. He also served as the president of the Dokuz Eylul Scientific Research Society, organizing several scientific conferences and contributing to the advancement of student-led research initiatives.
